i don`t think so. I`ve never seen a mirror from Audi which is paintet like that.
I think you have to go to a painter to get a mirror in titanium look.

i think, its maybe anytime possible that audi offers this mirrors in titan-look for the tt or tts, but now you cant order them.
anyway the rs4 white and blackedition have them... -
